Our Studios are being upgraded!

We have news! We’re reshaping our studios to give you the ultimate setting for a purposeful and balanced training routine.

From Monday 22 September, the Main Studio and Yoga Studio will temporarily close for upgrades, reopening on Wednesday 1 October.

Here’s what’s changing:

  • The Yoga and Main Studios are swapping spaces to enable a larger, more versatile Wellness Studio. This space will flow seamlessly between Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, giving all programs the room they deserve.
  • Our Reformer program is expanding from 7 to 16 beds, so you’ll have more access and more balance in every class.
  • The Main Studio will be refreshed and enhanced in its new home, ready to return to sharper and more inspiring for your workouts.

While these upgrades take place, it’s the perfect chance to:

  • Explore our main floor classes 
  • Push yourself in the Cycle Studio 
  • Keep your practice flowing in Reformer Pilates (for members with access)

This is just the beginning of a brand new chapter for us, with even more enhancements on the way. Stay tuned for more exciting news.

Your new member app is almost here.

We’re pleased to announce that your membership experience is upgrading too. We will be officially moving from Member360 (GymVue) to Glofox, an upgraded member management system built with your fitness and wellness journey at the forefront.

Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make this transition. This change is all about creating a better, stronger, more connected community.

We’ve heard the frustrations with Member360 (GymVue), and are confident Glofox will be a huge improvement, based on everything their experience offers to members.

Here’s what’s coming your way:

  • A Brand New App – Making your fitness life easier than ever! Book classes, manage your membership, and connect with fellow members all in one place.
  • Smarter Booking System – Say goodbye to confusion and hello to seamless scheduling. Timetables will be easier to access; class bookings will be smoother to manage.
  • A Stronger Community Feel – With Glofox, everything is designed with members at the heart of it — from better communication to wellness-focused features.
This change will take effect from Wednesday 1 October. Further information will be sent closer to the changeover date regarding the new member application, login instructions and more.

A change coming to your payment processing information.

As part of the process with switching to Glofox, we will be changing payment providers. When the migration is completed, GoCardless (Direct Debit User ID 488299) will securely manage all Direct Debit collections. As soon as the migration is finalised, we’ll notify you of the exact date the change takes effect.

Here’s what you need to know:

No action required – we’ve taken care of everything.
Your membership stays the same – no changes to your service.
The only change – you’ll see “GoCardless” on your bank statement instead of our previous processor.

Just a heads up — there’s nothing to download yet. The app won’t go live until 1 October at the earliest, and we’ll keep you in the loop the moment it’s ready.

An update on our Saunas

We know the saunas are a big part of your recovery — and we haven’t forgotten.

With all the exciting new changes rolling out, we want to take a moment to speak directly to an ongoing issue that’s still affecting your experience — the saunas.

We know how important the saunas are to your recovery and routine, and we understand that It’s frustrating for them to still be offline — trust us, we feel that frustration just as much as you do.

Unfortunately, due to defects outside our control, the saunas remain out of service for the safety of members and staff.

What we’re doing:

We sincerely apologise for the disruption and appreciate your ongoing patience. Your safety is our highest priority, and as soon as we have a confirmed return-to-service date, you’ll be the first to know.

Lastly, we kindly ask that you continue to show patience and kindness to our front desk team. They’re doing their absolute best to keep you informed with the latest updates, but this situation is entirely out of their hands. Your support means the world — to them, and to all of us here at Sharks.
